UniFocus LP (www.UniFocus.com) provides information on guest satisfaction and related issues to the
hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, clubs, golf courses, etc.). Much of our service is based on the
results we get from surveys that are handed at the place of business or online. It is part of our commitment to
your privacy that UniFocus LP:
- Physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information collected.
- Only aggregate data is reported, that is, individual survey results are not reported, but averages and other statistical information are provided in reports to our clients.
- If you specifically write a comment that is directed to our client, UniFocus provides the client with that comment, and with your contact information so that the client may use your personal information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, provide operational notices and in program (such as loyalty program membership) record-keeping.

research, and the results from such research may be reported in aggregate to our clients.
UniFocus LP does not knowingly collect or maintain information from those who are actually known to be
under the age of 18, and no part of our sites are structured to attract anyone under the age of 18.

an email. In addition, we commit that our broadcast email surveys will provide you with an email address
you can use to tell UniFocus LP not to contact you again.
