A Brief History of UniFocus
August 1983: The Heymann Group, Inc. is formed to provide productivity consulting services to the hospitality industry. The company pioneered the development of the Watson R.M. Labor Management System. Today, this is the premier labor management and scheduling system on the market.
June 1998: UniFocus is formed through a merger between The Heymann Group, Inc. and SQS, creating a company with a unique approach to helping service organizations optimize quality, employee performance, customer satisfaction, organizational efficiency and financial performance. Unique in the market, UniFocus developed a truly balanced approach to performance metrics.
January 1999: UniFocus acquires Customer Survey Technologies (CST) to expand its survey services.
