UniFocus’ Watson, R.M.™ Time and Attendance Software

UniFocus today announced that Red Lion Hotels Corporation (NYSE: RLH),
prominent western U.S.-based owner, operator & franchisor of midscale and upscale hotels, has implemented the
company’s advanced web-based Watson, R.M. Time and Attendance Software system throughout their owned properties.
