The Principles of Labor Management classroom training is designed to help the manager become more familiar with the techniques and approaches to managing labor. This course will focus on the principles and methods for forecasting, planning and evaluating labor use, and will preliminarily address using the Labor Management System to improve performance. Labor Management Administrator Classroom 

The LMS Administrator course provides the student with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform the function of LMS Administrator at a property. All aspects of this role, plus weekly Department Manager activities are presented. Class available via Classroom only.

LMS Reports and Dashboard Classroom

The Labor Management System Reports and Dashboard course is designed to help the business analyze performance through the use of system reports and the Labor Management System Dashboard. This course will focus on the navigation and practical use of these components to monitor, measure and evaluate the performance of each business unit, as well as comparing location to location, region to region, etc. Class available via Classroom and Webinar

Leadership Skills Classroom

The Leadership Skills course is a 4-day workshop designed to give managers the tools necessary to implement more effective interpersonal relationships with employees.  The focus is to develop a two-fold outcome that engenders improved performance at both managerial and employee levels. Class available via Classroom only. 

Managing Change Classroom

The Managing Change course is a 4-hour workshop identifying the impact of change on individual behavior and organizational management, including the negative factors that hinder change from taking place and the positive factors that promote change. Emphasis is given to the stages an organization goes through in making significant changes. Class available via Classroom and Webinar.

Managing Conflict Classroom

The Managing Conflict course is a 1/2-day workshop designed for exploring goals and priorities as they relate to manager differences and organizational objectives. Too often people see conflict as the creation of win/lose situations. Unless differences can be resolved to the satisfaction of both parties’ progress and improvement can be in jeopardy. Class available via Classroom only.

Scheduling and Employee Configuration Classroom

The Scheduling and Employee Configuration course is a practical application workshop covering the highlights of scheduling and employee maintenance.  Class available via Classroom, Webinar, and Self-Paced Online

Train-the-Trainer Classroom

The Train-the-Trainer course is a 1-day workshop designed to enhance managers' training skills by understanding the reasons behind human behaviors.  The conceptual underpinning for this workshop is that if managers can perceive the nature of a problem and implement a solution to the cause, they will be able to start improving overall performance. Time and Attendance Administrator Training

The Time and Attendance Administrator training is designed to teach how to close a pay period, send export files to Memphis, Create Security templates or Groups, Enroll Employees to the TimeClock, Property Specific Time Clock Configurations, adding Secondary jobs, removing jobs, deleting jobs, adding pay increases, Earning wizard, Tip Pools, how to track time and attendance figures, modify and approve employee punches, manage employee records as appropriate, understand labor reports and interface Time and Attendance with their payroll system.

Time and Attendance Manager Training

The Time and Attendance Manager Training is designed to teach department managers how to track time and attendance figures, modify and approve employee punches, manage employee records as appropriate, understand labor reports and interface Time and Attendance with their payroll system. This course covers many of the navigational features used in the Time & Attendance application. While this course does not cover everything about the Time & Attendance software, you should be able to attain competency in the above tasks upon successful completion of this training.
