UniFocus innovations have brought it first to market with automated scheduling, touch-screen time clocks, and task-based labor in meetings and conventions, and it was also the first in the industry to guarantee returns on investments. Its MEETINGScope product was the first to include a multi-tier survey process to support the overall relationship with the meeting planner throughout the sales and planning period.
Today, UniFocus provides the most comprehensive workforce management systems and financial tools available on the market, including applications and services for labor management, time and attendance, and integrated survey solutions. Its platform is cloud-based, with mobile applications for iOS, Android and Windows Mobile OS.
Mark is routinely tapped by leading industry forums and publications for his expertise in staff and strategic planning, managerial performance, and measurement systems.
