Fishing for a Feedback Solution, Camp Eagle Reels in UniFocus

Dallas, July 31, 2012 – Adding to its growing list of non-hospitality industry partners, UniFocus is pleased to announce that Camp Eagle, a Christian Adventure Youth Camp located in Rocksprings, Texas, has recently selected UniFocus’ GUESTScope™ guest satisfaction survey solution to gain feedback from camp attendees and their parents and sponsors.

 

“We were looking for a feedback system to gain information from sponsors of groups attending our camps when we attended a camp industry conference and heard a hotel industry professional talk about UniFocus and its survey solutions,” said Matt Reed, Retreats Director of Camp Eagle. “After going through a presentation on what they offered, we decided that was the route to take. We’ve been impressed with the results, so we have started surveying not only sponsors, but campers as well.”

 

The feedback system shows users where they are doing well in their business and provides them with the opportunity to use training methods and procedures from those areas to correct any other service issues. Real-time alerts are received by key staff members after a guest has submitted a survey, providing immediate access to the information needed to make faster and more effective service recovery efforts.

 

“We were really impressed with the level of reporting. You can really drill down into the information and get to the root of any problems,” said Reed. “We are also very excited about how the system pinpoints key areas that are most likely to get our attendees to return to Camp Eagle and recommend us to others. We were expecting really good results from UniFocus and they’ve delivered.”

 

UniFocus’ guest response system provides camp leadership with an overview of how well the staff is resolving problems and how quickly the resolution is taking place. The solution’s user-friendly dashboard provides a high-level overview and key metrics so users can get a sense of the overall picture of satisfaction at the camp.
