ABOUT THE JOB:

As an Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts, you will manage Accounts payable, Banking & Payments, Monthly Closing and Reconciliation, Statutory Filings - Audit & Secretarial, and other related activities.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  1. Daily & Weekly review - Vendor bills, employee expense reimbursement & other transactions according to stipulated guidelines.
  2. Preparation of weekly payment tracker file and weekly payment uploads in different banking portals • Corporate Card transactions review & reconciliations.
  3. Maintain Fixed Assets Register.
  4. Coordinating with Account Executives, Vendors & Internal teams on routine stuff
  5. Weekly & Monthly bank reconciliations in Intacct for all 5 entities.
  6. Petty Cash Management & Payouts.
  7. Imprest Accounts reconciliations.
  8. Monthly TDS - transaction verification and payments.
  9. Accruals and Prepaid Exp Tracker - Booking of accounting transactions & completion of reconciliation statements monthly.
  10. AP Ageing reconciliation with Trial Balance.
  11. Inter Company reconciliations – monthly.
  12. Statutory Monthly & Quarterly Tax Returns - Overseas & India (VAT & GST).
  13. TDS, GST & VAT Returns - Data validation and coordination with consultants for filing
  14. Foreign Liability & Assets Report (FLA), MSME Returns, MCA filings, APR filings, ROC, and other related filings
  15. Board Minutes - Data sharing and coordination with consultants.
  16. Tax Returns filings verification.
  17. Assistance to Internal teams in Annual Audits.
  18. Project assigned by Finance Head & Finance Manager.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  1. Master’s Degree in Commerce (M. Com)
  2. 7-9 years of relevant experience
  3. Robust oral and written communication and presentation skills
  4. A high degree of computer literacy, working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel
  5. Experience in any ERP like Quickbooks, Intacct, Tally, Expensify etc.
  6. Strong attention to deadlines and detail – the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
