ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking a talented and experienced software Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a formative product expert and a key player working with clients and hospitality experts, proactively collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers to build solutions that solve the big problems and meet the unique needs of the hospitality industry. You will report to Vice President, Product Management.
You have inquisitiveness to learn and gain a deep understanding of our client personas and workflows, working across global teams to bring new solutions to market, optimize existing solutions, and ensure that Unifocus remains competitive in a fast-changing industry. You are a person with exceptional business and technical acumen and excels at working through the details to create solutions and experiences that clients love.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Conduct market and industry research to identify client needs, new opportunities, and remain current with industry trends.

Develop product roadmaps and strategies that align with the company goals and ensure we are meeting client and roadmap expectations both in timeline and budget.

Collaborate with sales and marketing to establish pricing and positioning strategies that maximize value and profitability and go-to-market strategies and launch plans that drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Monitor key metrics that track product performance such as usage, adoption, client satisfaction and financials, establishing priorities and taking actions to address issues and ensure success.

Work closely with product owners to ensure understanding so that they can articulate expectations and work with the scrum teams to create solutions that meet the expected outcomes and data is captured to evaluate success.

Collaborate with product owners, engineering, design and our clients to create solutions that solves our clients’ most important problems, and ones that have high adoption and satisfaction.

Manage the product backlog and ensure it is current and reflects the business priorities.

Collaborate with client success managers to ensure clients are satisfied with our solutions.

Identify, establish and maintain working relationships with key partners.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

The technical aptitude to assess interface and analytics needs and be able to articulate with scrum teams the problem to solve, expected outcome, value, and success metrics as well as create the appropriate external language and collateral that clients and prospects understand what we offer, its value, and its utilization.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-
8+ years of experience as a Software Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager within a software technology industry.

Strong knowledge in Agile principles, development methodologies and experience as a scrum team product owner or leading scrum teams.

Microservice, interface, and analytic knowledge, with experience creating associated solutions
-
Passion for hospitality.

Experience analyzing data to identify issues, understand utilization, and familiarity with such tools as Pendo.

Successful track record of delivering solutions within deadlines.

Experience working with global teams.

Excellent attention to detail.

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
