ABOUT THE JOB:

Unifocus, a pioneer in revolutionizing workforce management within service industries, is actively expanding its global marketing team. We are in search of an enthusiastic and data-driven Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead strategy and execution across worldwide events, campaigns, and marketing automation, spanning both physical and digital channels.

As a Senior Marketing Manager (Global), you will bring demand generation experiences at Unifocus to life and set industry best practices. This role is pivotal in bringing in net new leads, funnel conversion, accelerating leads into the sales pipeline and ultimately driving revenue. Reporting directly to the CMO, this position offers an exciting opportunity to craft unique and memorable touchpoints that redefine our market engagement.

We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and driven professional with a proven ability to deliver demand gen initiatives with a focus on revenue. The ideal candidate excels both strategically and operationally, capable of working closely with the team to achieve objectives. Being accountable, taking ownership, and thrives on testing and innovation across the buyer’s journey are key qualities. You should also enjoy building strong relationships with sales reps and acting as an advocate for their success.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  1. Own and implement global demand generation strategies to drive net new revenue acquisition that spans multiple channels, to drive prospect conversion and expand within existing customer base.
  2. Lead demand generation strategies and campaigns for lead generation aligned with customer profiles, buyer processes, and key performance metrics.
  3. Plan, manage, and execute streamlined events and programs, both online and in-person when feasible.
  4. Regularly participate in sales calls to review marketing-generated pipelines and gain insights for improvement.
  5. Utilize data analytics to measure marketing effectiveness, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  6. Optimize marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue.
  7. Understand and prioritize activities meaningful to the business based on data analysis.
  8. Develop and execute quarterly regional plans that align with sales priorities, including brand awareness, perception shift, demand generation, thought leadership, and product launches.
  9. Strategize and plan impactful events (and sponsorships) to enhance brand visibility, demand generation and engagement. Oversee the event right from conceptualization to flawless execution and post-event evaluation.
  10. Bring various marketing projects to completion, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and within budget.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing projects that are in line with organizational goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and convey consistent and compelling messaging across all marketing channels while effectively communicating marketing strategies and campaign progress to internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 12+ years of experience in marketing roles, demonstrating progressive responsibility and expertise planning and executing marketing campaign strategies and other marketing activities for a B2B technology company or related experience.
  3. Proven experience in demand generation, marketing analytics, event strategy, planning, project management, and campaign execution.
  4. Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent communication skills (fluent in English) and strong interpersonal skills.
  6.  Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or other CRM/automation tools, analytics, campaign management, and project tracking.
  7. Demonstrable expertise in account-based marketing strategies, tactics, technologies, and campaign measurement.
  8. Deep understanding of the demand waterfall and conversion optimization strategies.
  9. Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with the ability to manage programs and clearly communicate results to the organization.
  10. Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
