The Content Marketing and Campaigns Manager is responsible for leading Unifocus's content marketing initiatives, developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's demand generation goals and overall marketing objectives. This role is pivotal in creating compelling, relevant content that engages the target audience and supports the broader marketing and business strategies.


  1. Content Strategy Development: Develop and oversee the implementation of a content strategy that supports Unifocus’s marketing and business objectives. This includes identifying key messaging, target audiences, content formats, and distribution channels that align with buyer personas and customer journey stages.
  2. Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage content to drive demand, enhance brand visibility, and engage with the target audience. This involves close collaboration with Senior Manager of Demand Generation and the Digital Marketing and Analytics Specialist to ensure campaigns are cohesive and data driven.
  3. Editorial Calendar Management: Maintain an editorial calendar that schedules all content-related activities, ensuring timely production and distribution of content across various channels, including the company's website, blog, social media, email marketing, and more.
  4. Content Production Oversight: Lead the production of a diverse range of content types, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email newsletters, video content, and promotional materials for events. This includes working with internal teams, freelancers, or agencies to produce high-quality content.
  5. Event Content Integration: Strategically integrate event sponsorships and participation into the content strategy, creating pre-event, at-event, and post-event content that maximizes engagement and lead generation opportunities from events.
  6. Performance Measurement and Optimization: Track and analyze the performance of content marketing efforts, using insights to continually refine and improve the content strategy. Work with the Digital Marketing and Analytics Specialist to leverage data for decision-making.
  7. SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines, working closely with the Digital Marketing and Analytics Specialist to align content creation with SEO strategies and best practices.
  8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure content meets the needs of all stakeholders and supports sales and customer engagement objectives.


  1. Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  2. Proven work experience of 5+ years in marketing domain.
  3. Strong background in content strategy, creation, and marketing, with proven experience in managing comprehensive content programs and integrated marketing campaigns.
  4. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences and formats.
  5. Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content distribution channels, with the ability to leverage data for content optimization.
  6. Creative thinker with strong project management skills, able to oversee multiple content projects and meet deadlines.
  7. Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally to achieve marketing and business goals.


  1. Regularly align with Senior Manager of Demand Generation and the Digital Marketing and Analytics Specialist to ensure strategic coherence across demand generation, digital marketing, and content efforts.
