ABOUT THE JOB:

This position is ideal for a professional seeking an access point to a sales career in the technology industry. The Sales Development Representative will work with a group of seasoned sales and marketing professionals to generate sales leads, schedule appointments for the sales team, and qualify leads created by the marketing department.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  1. Drive new sales opportunities using outbound lead generation and inbound lead qualification
  2. Prospecting, educating, qualifying, and developing inbound leads create sales-ready leads and opportunities for our Account Executives
  3. Interact with prospects via telephone and email
  4. Craft value propositions for outbound emails that communicate why Unifocus exists and how it will add value to businesses
  5. Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  6. Work with Salesforce.com & other sales tools to implement prospecting strategies
  7. Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives
  8. Align with Marketing to create and drive attendance to social events and webinars

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  1. A desire to learn and succeed in tech sales
  2. At least 2 years experience in sales development or proven track record demonstrating a winning mentality
  3. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  4. Open-minded and a willingness to learn
  5. Data-driven and detail-oriented
  6. Discipline to maintain high call volumes
  7. High level of energy, motivation, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
  8. Competitive and focused on achieving goals
  9. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  10. Multilingual Desired (English and German or Italian)
